In the Bible’s Old Testament, Jeremiah 1:4-5 (International Children’s Bible) states, “The word of the Lord came to me saying: ‘Before I made you in your mother’s womb I chose you. Before you were born I set you apart for a special work.’” Everyone is born for their special work and has the ability to make a difference in the world.
